Job summary

PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. is seeking a Lead Developer (C#) to own our C# development standards and drive best practices across the development lifecycle. This remote role requires strong leadership, architectural awareness, and hands-on coding with C# .NET.

You will lead the C# team, shape development standards, and collaborate with IT on Azure-based infrastructure. A degree in CS or MCPD is accepted; 3+ years of C# experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in C# software development.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and OOP principles.
• Proficiency with C# .NET, Visual Studio, Azure tools and Terraform.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (MCPD accepted).

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead for the C# development team, ensuring alignment with best practice and coding standards.
• Perform requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, and unit testing for new and existing systems.
• Oversee maintenance, enhancement and support of existing applications.
• Contribute to definition and improvement of software development processes, tools and methodologies.
• Manage the technical relationship with corporate IT regarding Azure and related infrastructure.
• Coach and mentor team members, promoting collaboration and quality.
• Ensure compliance with change control systems and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement through performance reporting and process optimisation.
