Job summary

Insight Recruitment Group seeks a Lead Azure Architect to own the architecture across our growing C# .Net engineering function. You will shape technical standards, guide solution designs, and collaborate with teams to maintain consistency as we scale with new acquisitions.

Reporting to the CTO, you will define the long-term architectural vision, create high-quality POCs, and influence peers to adopt new approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience with owning and maturing/implementing solutions architecture best practices.
• Proven ability to create high quality POC’s (hands-off coding role).
• Strong influence to drive adoption of architectural approaches across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, standards, and big-picture technology direction.
• Define long-term architectural vision aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure cohesive designs across projects.
