Tria is partnering to hire a Lead Architect for a global FTSE 250 client in maritime engineering. The role is remote with travel to UK offices, focused on building an architecture practice from the ground up and defining current, target and transition-state architectures.

The candidate will establish standards and governance, while evaluating emerging technologies like AI/ML to drive business value across engineering, maritime, defence or energy domains.

Competenze

• Substantial experience in both enterprise and solution architecture at group or enterprise level
• Experience establishing or maturing an architecture practice, its processes and artefacts
• Broad application experience across COTS, SaaS, cloud and custom-built solutions
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies with awareness of AI/ML developments
• Recognised TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework certification
• Sector experience in engineering, maritime, defence or energy
