Job summary

SRT Marine Systems plc is seeking a Project Systems Architect to own the overarching design, technical architecture and engineering solutions within Project Delivery. You will ensure integrated operation of subsystems and establish governance across engineering disciplines.

Based in our Bristol office with hybrid working, the role requires leadership in design reviews, architecture standards, and technical direction across teams including ICPs and third-party vendors, with occasional overseas

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or a related field.
• Extensive engineering design and architecture experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and design authority across projects.
• Define and govern architectural principles and reference architectures.
• Lead design reviews and manage architectural risk and interfaces.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable and reusable.
• Collaborate with ICPs, vendors and cross-functional teams.
