Savills is seeking a Land Assembly Officer based in Lincoln with a home-based role and occasional access to offices in Lincoln, York, Leeds, and Newcastle. You will manage multiple projects, lead negotiations, and coordinate with Savills teams to secure permissions for infrastructure developments.

The role emphasizes delivering client-focused advisory services, stakeholder engagement, and precise time and billing practices across rural and urban projects.

Qualifications

• Proactively manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritising workload and tracking progress to meet deadlines.
• Lead negotiations for land consents, acquisitions, and compensation claims.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and line managers to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, reasoned advice and recommendations to clients.
• Facilitate new customer connections, lease renewals, and land acquisitions for substations and underground cable infrastructure.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of billing processes and accurate time recording.
