Job summary

Savills is seeking a Land Assembly Officer based in Lincoln with a home-based role and occasional access to offices in Lincoln, York, Leeds, and Newcastle. You will manage multiple projects, lead negotiations, and coordinate with Savills teams to secure permissions for infrastructure developments.

Job description

In this role, you will take ownership of your own projects while being embedded within the client’s organisation. Projects will vary in scale and complexity, from small negotiations to large infrastructure developments across both rural and urban environments. You will also work closely with a regional Savills team to support the overall delivery of client services.

This is a home-based position with access to our offices in Lincoln, York, Leeds, and Newcastle.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Exhibit dependability, resilience, and a commitment to delivering results.
  • Professional qualifications such as MRICS and/or FAAV are desirable, but not essential.

Savills Land Assembly team in the North of England support a wide range of utility and infrastructure projects, from the installation or removal of a single electricity pole, to full overhead line rebuilds.
