Qualifications
Experience working on infrastructure development schemes with multi-disciplinary teams.
Track record of developing orders, consents, and land interests.
Knowledge of the legal process for acquiring wayleaves and easements.
Responsibilities
Ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Advise on land issues including statutory processes to acquire land.
Liaise with landowners, legal representatives, and planning authorities.
