Qualifications

• Experience working on infrastructure development schemes with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Track record of developing orders, consents, and land interests.
• Knowledge of the legal process for acquiring wayleaves and easements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Advise on land issues including statutory processes to acquire land.
• Liaise with landowners, legal representatives, and planning authorities.
