Job summary

ZiMAD, a US mobile game publisher with a global footprint, seeks a Junior User Acquisition Manager to join our UA team. You will learn to launch and optimize campaigns for mobile games, work with networks, and improve processes using AI and automation.

You will collaborate with analytics and technical teams to translate needs into actionable requirements, test solutions, and measure impact to help deliver remarkable user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Learn to launch, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns for mobile games with networks.
• Test AI tools and build automations to solve practical business problems.
• Help adapt workflows and data infrastructure for AI use cases with analytics/tech teams.
• Translate UA needs into clear requirements including data, outcome, and acceptance criteria.
• Validate solutions on real tasks, document how they work, and measure impact.
