Responsibilities

• Support clients with ongoing Salesforce requirements and enhancements.
• Collaborate with experienced consultants on managed services engagements.
• Build and maintain Salesforce solutions based on client requirements.
• Investigate and resolve Salesforce issues and provide recommendations.
• Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Assist with configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce changes.
• Develop understanding of Salesforce best practices and consulting methodologies.
• Aim to take ownership of own client requirements and projects.
