Mason Frank International is recruiting for a Junior Managed Services Consultant to join a growing Salesforce partner. With 1–2 years of Salesforce experience, you will contribute to client projects, learning from senior consultants, and developing your consulting skill set in a remote, fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Salesforce experience.
• Salesforce Admin experience.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with customers and stakeholders.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator would be highly desirable.
• Previous consulting experience is not required — transition into consulting.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with their ongoing Salesforce requirements and enhancements.
• Work alongside experienced consultants on managed services engagements.
• Build and maintain Salesforce solutions based on client requirements.
• Investigate and resolve Salesforce issues and provide recommendations.
• Communicate directly with clients and key stakeholders.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Support configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce changes.
• Develop your understanding of Salesforce best practices and consulting methodologies.
• Work towards taking ownership of your own client requirements and projects.
