Mason Frank International is collaborating with a growing Salesforce partner to hire a Junior Managed Services Consultant. This is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of Salesforce experience seeking to move from an internal Salesforce/administrator role into client-facing consulting.

You will work with experienced consultants, support clients with Salesforce requirements, and develop your consulting skills in a supportive team. Remote UK role, salary up to £35,000.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Salesforce experience.
• Experience with Salesforce administration.
• Familiar with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-facing consulting potential.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with their ongoing Salesforce requirements and enhancements
• Work alongside experienced consultants on managed services engagements
• Build and maintain Salesforce solutions based on client requirements
• Investigate and resolve Salesforce issues and provide recommendations
• Communicate directly with clients and key stakeholders
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
• Support configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce changes
• Develop your understanding of Salesforce best practices and consulting methodologies
• Work towards taking ownership of your own client requirements and projects
