Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a Junior Performance Marketer for a fast-growing consumer AI company. You will manage paid acquisition campaigns across major platforms, launch tests and optimize for CAC, ROAS and conversions while reporting results to the Growth team.

This remote EU role offers a B2B contractor engagement and an opportunity to grow towards managing larger budgets, working closely with the CMO and co-founder in a dynamic AI business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in paid acquisition or media buying.
• Experience launching and optimising campaigns personally.
• Experience with at least one scalable consumer acquisition platform (Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram or Reddit).
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion and commercial performance.
• Ability to clearly explain personal campaign contributions, actions and results.
• Willingness to work on a B2B contractor basis.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working for an NSFW AI companionship product.

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a fast-growing consumer AI company that is seeking to onboard a Junior Performance Marketer to join its Growth team.

The role focuses on hands-on paid acquisition across mainstream consumer channels, with responsibility for launching, testing and optimising campaigns. The successful candidate develops towards independently managing larger budgets while working closely with the CMO & Co-founder.

Position: Junior Performance Marketer - Mainstream

Location: Remote (Europe CET+3 max)
