Job summary

You will be working within Simmons Adaptive, backed by a Sponsoring Partner, on a fast-moving, high-quality delivery environment. UK right to work is required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 1-2 years PQE in corporate law.
• Able to work independently whilst knowing when to escalate matters.
• Strong contract review and drafting skills.
