Job summary

You will work on external assignments while supported by a sponsoring Partner and the firm’s resources.

Candidates should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and engage with client teams; right to work in the UK is required as visa sponsorship is not

• You are a junior to mid-level qualified lawyer.
• You can work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
• Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide interim legal support to clients across listed practice areas.
• Work on Corporate, Commercial, Funds, Employment, Derivatives, Real Estate and Real Estate Finance matters.
• Collaborate with the Simmons Adaptive team and the sponsor Partner on external assignments.
