• You are a qualified lawyer with structured finance experience in a leading private practice or in-house.
• You are a junior–mid-level lawyer.
• You are a problem solver with a collaborative approach.
• You can work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and meet tight deadlines.
• You will need the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Support a client on a full diet of transactional banking work from acquisition finance to corporate lending.
• Collaborate with the sponsor Partner and Simmons & Simmons team on structure, documentation and negotiations.
• Deliver timely, accurate work under tight deadlines in a flexible resourcing setup.
