Job summary

Simmons Adaptive are recruiting commercial contracts lawyers to support our key clients on upcoming interim roles in London. We are keen to see applications from the full range of seniorities and you will gain exposure to high-profile matters at a leading international law firm.

You should be a qualified lawyer with experience in reviewing, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, including in-house financial services.

Qualifications

• You are a qualified lawyer with experience gained in-house or in private practice.
• You have experience reviewing, negotiating and drafting a range of commercial contracts.
• In-house financial services experience is particularly of interest.
• You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
• You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
• You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
• You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
• You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.

• You are a qualified lawyer with experience gained in-house or in private practice.
• You have experience reviewing, negotiating and drafting a range of commercial contracts.
• In-house financial services experience is particularly of interest.
• You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
