Job summary

Everest Clinical Research is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team, working remotely or in-office. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology and at least 3 years of IT support experience.

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and VMware is beneficial, and the ability to work independently is essential. You will handle ServiceNow tickets, deploy laptops, manage access and patches, review logs, and support asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology; 3 years IT support experience.
• Understanding of clinical trials, cloud infrastructure, and VMware is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Resolve ServiceNow helpdesk tickets to ensure employees can work efficiently.
• Configure and deploy laptops to employees.
• Provide access administration for Windows/Unix/sFTP accounts and permissions.
• Perform patch management to apply critical security updates and service packs.
• Review system and backup logs as part of log management.
• Manage IT assets and inventory.
• Maintain office equipment to minimize production delays.
• Create installation and procedural documents for IT reference.
• Research and develop IT standards to improve Everest practices.
