Reed Technology is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst for Liverpool with remote working options. The role focuses on delivering high-quality 1st and 2nd line support, handling incidents and service requests, and maintaining excellent end-user service.

The position involves supporting Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and Active Directory, with on-site presence one day per week. The contract is 6 months+ with potential for permanency, paying £150 per day inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Service Desk or IT support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Windows.
• Experience using an ITSM tool, preferably ServiceNow.

Responsabilités

• Provide IT support via phone, email and ticketing systems.
• Log, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Support users across Microsoft 365, Windows and mobile technologies.
• Manage user accounts and Active Directory administration.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues.
• Update tickets accurately and meet SLAs.
