Job summary

Insight Select seeks an Intellectual Property (IP) Counsel – Litigation & Enforcement to join its global legal team on a permanent basis. A qualified lawyer with IP enforcement experience will advise on investigations and enforcement across jurisdictions, support litigation with counsel, and liaise with law enforcement and regulators.

This role offers fully remote work within the UK, with exposure to investigations, enforcement actions, and international IP matters, supporting growth and career

Qualifications

• UK/EU/US admission with 3–5 PQE.
• Strong IP litigation and enforcement experience.
• Experience coordinating investigations with law enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal advice on global IP investigations and enforcement.
• Assess matters for escalation to civil litigation, criminal referral, or admin action.
• Advise on evidence sufficiency, collection, and chain of custody.
• Support IP litigation with external/local counsel and pre-action work.
• Prepare criminal referrals for law enforcement and authorities.
• Liaise with law enforcement, regulators, platforms, and advisers across jurisdictions.
• Advise on legality of investigative methods and data handling.
• Support revenue recovery and compliance responses, including subpoenas and disclosures.
• Develop guidance, playbooks, and templates for investigations.
• Manage multiple matters with clear, practical advice and risk escalation.
