Job summary

Insight Select is seeking an Intellectual Property (IP) Counsel – Litigation & Enforcement to join a fast-growing international organisation. The role focuses on supporting investigations, enforcement and litigation across multiple jurisdictions, with a UK remote work setup.

The successful candidate will advise on IP enforcement matters, collaborate with external counsel and law enforcement, and help develop playbooks and procedures for investigations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in the UK, an EU member state or a US jurisdiction.
• 3–5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong IP litigation, enforcement, anti-counterfeiting or brand protection experience.
• Experience coordinating with external counsel, law enforcement and regulators.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability translate complex legal issues into clear guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal advice to global IP investigations and enforcement teams.
• Assess matters for escalation to civil litigation, criminal referral, or other action.
• Advise on evidence collection, documentation and chain of custody.
