Job summary

Insight Select is recruiting an Intellectual Property (IP) Counsel – Litigation & Enforcement for a fast-growing international organisation. This permanent role operates remotely within the UK and offers £85,000–£110,000 depending on experience and location.

The successful lawyer will handle global IP investigations, enforcement and litigation support across jurisdictions, advising on evidence, pre-action steps and collaboration with external counsel and authorities.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in the UK, an EU member state or a US jurisdiction.
• 3–5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in IP litigation or enforcement.
• Experience with IP enforcement, anti-counterfeiting, or brand protection.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day advice to global IP investigations and enforcement teams.
• Assess matters for escalation to civil litigation, criminal referral, or regulatory action.
• Support IP litigation with external and local counsel across jurisdictions.
• Prepare criminal referral packages for law enforcement authorities.
• Develop investigations playbooks, templates and compliance procedures.
• Manage multiple matters with clear, practical risk-focused guidance.
