Job summary

Insight Select is seeking an Intellectual Property Counsel (Litigation & Enforcement) to join its legal team on a permanent basis. The role focuses on IP investigations, enforcement and cross-jurisdictional litigation support.

You will provide day-to-day legal advice, manage evidence, coordinate with external counsel, and aid revenue protection functions. This remote UK position offers competitive salary and global exposure within a fast-growing organisation.

Qualifications

• UK/EU/US qualified lawyer with PQE.
• 3–5 years PQE in IP enforcement or litigation.
• Experience with investigations, enforcement and cross-jurisdiction litigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal advice to IP investigations and enforcement teams across matters.
• Assess matters for escalation to civil litigation, criminal referral, administrative or customs action.
• Advise on evidence sufficiency, collection methods, documentation and custody.
• Support IP litigation with external and local counsel, including pleadings and disclosure.
• Prepare and assist criminal referral packages for law enforcement authorities.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, regulators, platforms and external advisers.
• Develop and maintain legal guidance, playbooks and compliance procedures.
