Job summary

Cartus seeks an International Relocation Co-ordinator to manage end-to-end relocation for assignees, primarily from home in the UK with occasional travel to Swindon. You will be the main point of contact, coordinating services across policies and vendors while delivering exceptional customer support.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in customer service/coordination/project management, with an interest in global mobility. A flexible, proactive approach at a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a role requiring customer service, coordination and project management.
• Experience in global mobility is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work independently from home within UK locations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact and coordination for all relocation phases.
• Coordinate and manage delivery of relocation services per client policy.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure timely, high-quality service.
• Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Take responsibility for relocation elements and demonstrate knowledge of services.
