Workforce Recruitment Group Limited is seeking a Relocation Co-ordinator in Bolton to manage the relocation process for overseas candidates. The role involves airport pickup, transport to new accommodation and ensuring candidates are comfortable and informed throughout the journey.

The position requires a clean UK driving licence, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a clean UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Works well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Flexible with working hours (early start, late finish, occasional weekend).
• Ability to speak any languages.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the relocation process for candidates arriving from overseas, including airport pickup and transport.
• Ensure candidates are comfortable and well-informed throughout relocation journey.
• Establish and maintain communication with candidates prior to arrival to complete checklists and address any pre-arrival concerns.
• Support candidates in attending skill tests and interviews ensuring they have the necessary resources and information.
• Conduct comprehensive orientations for candidates to familiarise them with their new workplace, surroundings and cultural aspects.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
