EA First is recruiting a remote Interim HR Manager to support a Not-for-Profit organisation during a period of transition. This hands-on role involves delivering day-to-day HR activities, maintaining accurate records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and supporting the move to an outsourced HR model.

You will apply UK employment legislation, draft contracts, manage new starters and leavers, review policies, and assist with workforce planning and training coordination.

Qualifikationen

• Generalist HR experience with day-to-day delivery of HR activities.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies.
• Experience with HR data and documentation management.

• Manage day to day HR administration and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate recruitment from applications to onboarding.
• Manage new starters and leavers, including contracts and inductions.
• Review and update HR policies to reflect legislation.
• Maintain employee records using Breathe HR for data accuracy.
• Handle employee relations with support from senior colleagues.
• Support transition to outsourced HR service and ensure smooth handovers.
• Assist with workforce planning, benefits and training coordination.
