Qualifications

• Experience in General Practice Estates Surveying or Local Authority setting.
• Strong understanding of commercial property and landlord/tenant matters.
• Experience managing or supporting property disposals.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with a varied workload.

Responsibilities

• Managing and progressing property disposals, including surplus assets.
• Supporting day-to-day management of a varied property portfolio.
• Handling landlord and tenant matters, including leases and rent reviews.
• Preparing property reports and disposal recommendations.
• Carrying out property inspections and site visits as needed.
• Liaising with legal teams, external agents, tenants and internal stakeholders.
• Providing professional estates and asset management advice.
