Job summary

PIB Group, operating through the Underwriting Collective Transformation Team in Gloucester, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive change initiatives that improve processes, systems and ways of working across the business.

You will partner with stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements, and document user stories and flows. You’ll facilitate workshops, bridge business and technology, and help deliver tangible value in a dynamic insurance setting.

Qualifications

• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills including user stories and process maps.
• Experience delivering digital or technology-led initiatives, ideally in insurance or regulated industries.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and improve processes.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements, user stories and process flows.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and sessions with stakeholders at all levels.
• Act as the link between business teams and developers to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Build stakeholder consensus and secure approvals for delivery of change initiatives.
• Identify risks, impacts and dependencies to support successful delivery.
