Qualifications

• Qualified to at least CII Diploma in Insurance level.
• Confident in translating key CII Diploma content into engaging learning resources.
• Previous experience in an L&D environment, preferably with insurance-related content.
• Strong ability to manage time effectively and communicate across teams.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on innovation.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop products across the commercial product portfolio.
• Maintain and improve product portfolio through analysis.
• Track and monitor product performance and lifecycle.
• Work closely with colleagues to maximize product performance.
• Regularly assess products against the product development roadmap.
• Support the achievement of deadlines with Product Managers.
