Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an Influencer Marketer to build our influencer program from zero to a scalable, measurable channel. You will own strategy, creator sourcing, deal negotiation, briefs, campaigns, and measurement.

You'll manage creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X, design playbooks, and collaborate with data, paid, and social teams to drive incremental impact. This remote-first role offers strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building an influencer program from zero to measurable channel.
• Experience negotiating and closing creator deals across multiple platforms.
• Fluency in measurement beyond last-click: promos, UTMs, lift studies, incrementality.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the ElevenLabs influencer program from the ground up: strategy, creator tiers, budget allocation, and operating playbook
• Source, vet, and sign creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X whose audiences match our segments
• Negotiate and structure deals — flat-fee, performance hybrids, ambassadorships — manage creator contracts with Legal
• Write briefs that protect brand quality while giving creators room to be authentic, and provide fast feedback on content
• Plan and execute creator campaigns around product launches, feature releases, and cultural moments across ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative
• Own measurement: work with data team on attribution and incrementality, make ROI-based calls on creators/agency
• Partner with paid marketing on whitelisting and amplifying top creator content, and with social to extend reach
• Build repeatable systems — sourcing pipelines, rate benchmarks, brief templates, reporting — so the program scales
