ElevenLabs is hiring an Automations Engineer to scale influencer/creator marketing automation. You will design and maintain end-to-end workflows, from discovery to payment, using no-code tools and code for custom logic.

You’ll automate onboarding, contracts, content tracking, and reporting to support a lean team handling thousands of creators. The role emphasizes reliability, security, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, finance, and legal stakeholders.

Formación

• Experience building automations with no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar).
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for custom logic and API work.
• Experience integrating APIs and building webhook-driven workflows across marketing, CRM, and finance systems.
• SQL proficiency for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Systems thinking with focus on reliability, error handling, and data quality.
• Comfort with secrets management, authentication, and basic security and audit practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows end-to-end for influencer/creator marketing programs.
• Automate discovery, onboarding, contracts, content tracking, reporting, and payments.
• Build automations that query social platforms and databases for profiles meeting brand keywords and follower thresholds.
• Sync CRM data automatically with new influencer profiles and contact details.
• Generate contract templates, onboarding packets, and payment-related documents automatically.
• Create data pipelines to log influencer posts, gather live links, and aggregate performance metrics.
