Job summary

AFH Wealth Management is seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to service clients across Surrey, with home-based or remote working options and the flexibility to attend face-to-face meetings when required.

You will apply a client-focused, holistic approach to financial planning, conduct in-depth reviews, develop new business with introducers, and provide clear, compliant advice supported by our in-house back-office and XPlan platform.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and CF30 status or FCA equivalent.
• Strong client-centric approach with professional presentation and compliance.
• Excellent communication and IT literacy to engage clients virtually.
• Experience in networking and developing new business with introducers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Six-Stage Advice Process to build long-term relationships and deliver client outcomes.
• Review clients’ changing needs and legislation affecting pensions and investments.
• Acquire and develop new business from clients and introducers via planning, referrals and leads.
• Optimise marketing opportunities including social media and networking with introducers.
• Develop and maintain client and introducer relationships through meetings and seminars.
• Arrange meetings in office, client homes, premises or virtually.
• Conduct in-depth reviews and prepare financial planning reports for clients.
• Deliver accurate management information as requested.
