Job summary

AFH Financial Group is seeking an Independent Financial Adviser to service Barnstaple and Devon. The role offers home-based or remote working with optional office access and requires face-to-face client meetings. You will guide clients to financial independence, aligning goals with tailored strategies.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, CF30 status, and have a client-centric mindset with strong networking abilities to grow the client bank.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or FCA approved equivalent).
• Strong client-centric approach and professional presentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Six-Stage Advice Process to build long-term client relationships.
• Review clients’ changing needs and keep Introducers and clients updated on pensions, savings, investments and financial plans.
• Acquire and develop new business from clients and introducers via planning and lead generation.
• Utilise marketing opportunities, including social media, to develop new business.
• Maintain client and introducer relationships through meetings, seminars and feedback.
