Job summary

AFH Financial Group is seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to join a client-focused wealth management team. You will work either self-employed or employed, focusing on understanding client goals and delivering clear financial strategies that guide clients toward financial independence.

The role supports home-based/remote working with optional office access and requires attendance at face-to-face client meetings.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or FCA approved equivalent).
• Client-centric approach and professional presentation.
• Strong IT skills and adaptability to digital/virtual communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Six-Stage Advice Process to build long-term relationships and deliver client outcomes.
• Review clients’ needs and financial circumstances; keep Introducers and clients updated on products and legislation.
• Acquire and develop new business from clients and introducers through planning and referrals.
• Leverage marketing opportunities including social media to grow business.
• Maintain client and introducer relationships through meetings, seminars, and feedback.
• Meet clients either in-office, at their home/business, or virtually via Teams.
