Job summary

Cority, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant I to support the linkage of EHSQ suites and demonstrate effective product knowledge to clients.

The role emphasizes service excellence, strong written and verbal communication, and experience with implementation projects. You will work remotely with occasional travel and participate in the PS training program, with opportunities for growth and certification.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or related field with EHS focus or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in an implementation/consulting role, with professional designation (CIH, CSP, CSRP, COHN) preferred or 12+ months as Associate Consultant at Cority.
• Must have completed Essentials implementation and one CIM/Agile CIM implementation.
• Bilingualism is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed a 70% chargeable utilization target.
• Act as a liaison between Cority and clients across projects; lead and support implementations per methodology (configuring application, training, testing, note-taking).
• Collaborate with Project Management, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Consultants to form a cohesive team.
• Interact with and support other departments (Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, Product).
• Establish a project plan with client team and Cority PM to manage milestones and delays.
• Work predominantly remotely with some travel.
• Update timesheets and project bookings daily; submit weekly timesheets.
• Participate in the Cority PS Peer Training program.
