Job summary

NEC Software Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant specializing in the Allocations module to guide customers through configuration and build. The role is home-based, with potential UK travel for on-site engagements and occasional remote training sessions.

You will shadow senior consultants initially, then manage end-to-end projects, delivering high-quality training and consultancy to housing authorities and housing associations.

Qualifications

• In-depth expertise in Allocations and Homelessness processes using Housing Management Software.
• Proven experience implementing Housing Management Systems or modules with strong configuration/build skills.
• Track record delivering high-quality training and consultancy with positive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Offer expert guidance in implementing NEC Housing modules, focusing on Allocations and Housing Advice/Homelessness.
• Deliver training sessions (remote and on-site) to customers and internal teams.
• Provide best-practice guidance to current NEC Housing customers.
