Job summary

Skinnify is hiring a Full-Time Image Ad Designer (40 hours/week) to craft high-converting creatives for paid ads, email marketing, social media, our website, and other customer touchpoints. You’ll work closely with creative strategists, copywriters, media buyers, and CRO specialists to elevate our premium brand and boost conversions.

You will own the visual identity across channels, iterate with data-driven testing, and help millions of women discover a new way to stay fit through effective

Qualifications

• Proven ad design experience for ecommerce or DTC brands (fitness/fashion is a plus).
• Experience creating high-performing creatives for ecommerce brands (fashion, fitness, beauty, or consumer products).
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar tools.
• A mindset focused on driving conversions through design.

Responsibilities

• Design high-converting static creatives for major social platforms and display ads.
• Create landing page graphics, banners, and promotional materials.
• Design product visuals, packaging concepts, and marketing assets aligned with a premium brand.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, media buyers, video editors, and CRO specialists to bring campaigns to life.
• Develop engaging social media content to strengthen brand presence.
