Skinnify is seeking a full-time Creative Strategist to lead our creative direction and develop scroll-stopping video and image ads that drive conversions, build our brand, and scale growth.

You will manage a team of three full-time video editors and one image designer, collaborating with media buyers and the growth team to continuously test and optimize creative performance. This fully remote role offers strong growth potential within a hyper-growth ecommerce brand.

Qualifications

• Creative thinkers who can craft attention-grabbing ad concepts.
• Experience creating high-performing ads for D2C ecommerce brands.
• Ability to brief creators and manage production workflows.
• Data-driven approach to testing and optimizing creatives.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to own multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-converting ad concepts and storylines for video and image ads.
• Research market trends, psychology, and competitors for winning opportunities.
• Lead a small creative team: 3 editors and 1 designer, guiding output.
• Collaborate with media buyers to run tests and analyze performance.
• Own the creative pipeline to deliver top-tier performance creatives.
