Job summary

Avon is seeking a skilled Visual Designer & AI Specialist in the UK to create high-end visuals for beauty and fashion using AI-driven workflows. This role combines design expertise with advanced prompting to generate packaging visuals, lifestyle imagery and video that meet advertising and print standards.

You will refine prompts for Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion and DALL·E, collaborate with design leads, and ensure visuals align with brand storytelling across multi-channel campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in graphic design and AI prompting.
• Proven ability to produce luxury beauty and fashion visuals.
• Experience with AI image generation platforms and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Generate AI visual assets for beauty and fashion campaigns, including packaging, imagery and video.
• Develop and refine advanced prompts for AI tools to match brand identity.
• Translate creative vision into structured AI prompts with leads, ensuring outputs meet campaign goals.
• Design packaging visuals (perfume bottles, containers, labels, boxes) and retail displays.
• Ensure assets are production-ready and suitable for packaging development.
• Collaborate with content, category and packaging teams to align visuals with strategy and positioning.
• Maintain prompt libraries, document workflows, and explore new AI tools and trends.
