Job summary

Colibri Digital is seeking an IAM Consultant/Developer for a remote UK contract. You will lead the migration to Microsoft Entra ID, joining discovery, design, and execution across on-prem and cloud identities. The role emphasizes security and governance, with hands-on implementation in a fast-paced consultancy setting.

You’ll configure hybrid identity, MFA, and SSO for enterprise apps, delivering clear handover docs to the operations team on completion.

Qualifications

• Proven migration of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) from on-prem AD DS or third-party IdPs.
• Experience migrating large user bases (500k+).
• Strong knowledge of Conditional Access and Zero Trust principles.
• Scripting in PowerShell for identity automation with Graph SDK.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & design: audit identity estate and design target-state in Entra ID.
• Migration execution: plan and run phased cutover with minimal disruption.
• Hybrid identity: configure on-prem/cloud sync during transition.
• Authentication & security: implement MFA and access policies.
• Application integration: migrate SSO for apps via SAML/OAuth/OIDC.
• Identity governance: set up PIM, access packages, and reviews.
• Cutover support: monitor logs and identity protection signals.
• Documentation & handover: deliver runbooks for operations.
