Colibri Digital seeks a hands-on IAM Consultant/Developer to drive a major Microsoft Entra ID migration for a key client. You will combine IAM architecture with practical implementation across discovery, target-state design, migration execution, security and handover in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Essential experience includes Entra ID migration, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, and PowerShell scripting, with familiarity of Entra ID integrations (B2B/B2C) and related tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering a migration onto Microsoft Entra ID from on-prem AD DS or third‑party IdP (Okta, Ping, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Conditional Access and Zero Trust security models.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for identity lifecycle automation via Graph SDK.

Responsabilités

• Audit identity estate and design target-state Microsoft Entra ID architecture.
• Plan and execute cutover with phased migration to minimize disruption.
