Job summary

University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive HR professional to join our Employee Relations team as a Human Resources Advisor. You will support line managers on HR policies and procedures, covering sickness absence, performance, disciplinary matters, grievances and harassment issues across site locations.

We offer a flexible hybrid model (on-site and home working) across Yeomans Way, Royal Bournemouth Hospital and Poole Hospital.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or HR-related degree.
• Proven ongoing professional development (CPD).
• Coaching qualification or training completed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with line managers to advise on HR policies.
• Coach and train managers on sickness absence, performance, discipline, and grievances.
• Support Equality, Diversity and Inclusion objectives and wellbeing initiatives.
• Assist with transformation work and consultation processes.
