Qualifications

  • Experience testing and commissioning HV power systems in generation, transmission, or distribution.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex protection schemes and substation automation.
  • Familiarity with IEC61850, Modbus and IEC 104 communications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site testing and commissioning of HV/LV substations.
  • Ensure safety, regulatory, and quality standards are met.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to commissioning teams.
  • Create accurate test records, reports, and non-conformance tracking.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical queries and allocate commissioning resources.
