Principal People is seeking a Health and Safety Business Partner to manage a diverse client portfolio from a home-based setting with a Midlands focus and UK travel as needed. The role combines technical H&S expertise with client relationship management to deliver practical, value-driven safety solutions.

The position offers significant autonomy over diary and client interactions, with a competitive package and opportunities for professional development within a growing consultancy network.

Qualificações

• Chartered IOSH (CMIOSH) is essential.
• Diploma-level H&S qualification such as NEBOSH Diploma.
• Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and risk assessment.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop long-term relationships across your client portfolio.
• Provide expert Health & Safety advice and help clients manage risk and compliance challenges.
• Understand client operations and business objectives to tailor practical recommendations.
• Support clients with H&S management systems, risk management and safety culture.
• Engage with clients via face-to-face meetings, Teams/video, telephone and digital channels.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services to clients and support portfolio growth.
• Assist in client retention, renewal and portfolio expansion.
