Job summary

Tugela People, part of the Impact HR group, is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to win new clients, grow referrals and expand in the HR technology and payroll market. This remote role reports to the CEO and offers a salary of £55,000 plus quarterly bonus/commission (OTE £80,000).

You will build networks, identify opportunities and drive new revenue across the UK. You will be one of the key ambassadors for the Tugela People brand, coordinating with marketing to target

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development and sales.
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes.
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Identify, generate and close new business opportunities from first conversation to contract.
• Build and maintain a strong new business pipeline with forecast visibility.
• Develop partnerships and network with referral partners and vendors.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and ICP targeting.
• Represent Tugela People at events and webinars.
• Work with Finance and Delivery to align commercial processes.
