Job summary

WTW in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a major HR transformation. You will coordinate people activity initiatives, work with HR Leadership, HRIT, and change management to deliver on objectives and timelines in a global setting.

This 18-month fixed-term role can be fully remote from anywhere in the UK, with optional office access. You will build governance cadences, manage dependencies and risks, and report progress to senior stakeholders, helping translate

Qualifications

Extensive global transformation project/program management experience.
Experience in HR transformation and large-scale change programs.
Ability to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams with dependencies and risks.

Responsibilities

Turn objectives into practical delivery plans with milestones and roadmaps.
Maintain integrated program plans, RAID logs, dashboards and governance cadences.
Coordinate cross-delivery teams and provide updates to leadership.
Identify dependencies, risks and issues and escalate with mitigation options.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
