Job summary

TT Electronics is recruiting an HR Business Analyst (HRBA) to act as the primary IT partner for HR, aligning HR technology, data, processes and improvement initiatives with business priorities and IT standards.

The role sits within IT but is functionally aligned to HR, focusing on HR systems and processes while providing secondary support to HS&E technology and process improvement activities. It is remote-based with regular presence at a TT Electronics site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting HR systems.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience with project delivery and HRIS implementations.
• Experience working in complex environments and with HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyse HR business needs and translate into secure, scalable technology solutions.
• Lead HRIS implementations, upgrades, and change/testing/releases.
• Manage vendor governance and stakeholder relationships.
