RoleMapper Technologies Limited is seeking an HR Data Analyst & Implementation Executive to translate customer needs into technical solutions. You will support customers by capturing and preparing data for processing through Machine Learning models and ensuring the quality of outcomes. Qualifications

• Excellent data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, or similar tools for handling structured data).
• Experience working with HR data and a familiarity of job & pay data structures.
• Experience of system implementation processes (configuration, UAT, troubleshooting).
• Excitement for how HR technology and machine learning can support HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to capture, interpret, cleanse and prepare data.
• Support setup and configuration of the RoleMapper platform.
• Run user acceptance tests (UAT).
• Review, validate & quality assure Machine Learning outputs.
• Contribute to research and updates on job models.
• Collaboration with teams to meet project timelines.
