Qualifikationen

• In depth knowledge of multiple UBW modules or other ERP system.
• Good analysis and investigation skills.

Aufgaben

• Respond to customers in a timely manner according to the SLA.
• Research logged tickets and provide solutions, workarounds or action plans.
• Keep customers informed on progress through written and verbal communication.
• Progress issues to conclusion, liaising with colleagues and Unit4 as needed while retaining ownership of the call.
• Document issues clearly in the call handling system and record all time spent.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement or chargeable activities and raise them via the Service Delivery Manager or CXO.
• Provide remote consultancy services for Embridge Consulting customers as required.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the Service Desk Delivery Manager.
