Job summary

Montu UK seeks a HR Partner to guide managers through complex ER and people initiatives. You will be the trusted partner to the Patient Experience teams, shaping employee experience during a period of rapid growth and transformation, with weekly time split between London Kings Cross and Winnersh Reading offices.

You will collaborate with People teams to support lifecycle processes, coaching, and policy adoption, ensuring alignment with Montu UK's values and UK employment practices.

Qualifications

• Strong HRBP experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience supporting large frontline or customer-focused teams.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
• Confidence handling employee relations with a calm, fair and pragmatic approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence managers at different levels.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and hands-on attitude.
• Self-sufficient and comfortable working remotely while collaborating with UK-based teams.
• Working knowledge of UK employment law is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience using HR systems such as HiBob is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Team Leads and Managers to provide day-to-day HR support on ER, performance, development and coaching.
• Act as a trusted advisor on performance management, wellbeing, absence, conduct and ER matters.
• Support the full employee lifecycle from induction to offboarding.
• Coach and support managers to lead in line with company culture and values.
• Collaborate with recruitment and onboarding teams for a smooth experience for new starters.
• Lead on employee relations matters including investigations and probation reviews.
• Collaborate with the Head of People on key people initiatives and process improvements.
• Help embed engagement surveys, performance check-ins and manager development.
• Use data and employee feedback to identify improvements and solve problems.
• Support policy implementation in line with UK employment law.
