Job summary

SF Partners is seeking an experienced HR professional for an initial 3-month assignment with potential to extend or go perm. The role is fully remote with extremely flexible working, based in or around Nottingham.

You will manage an ER caseload, handle sickness absence, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and provide practical HR advice to managers, while coordinating with external lawyers and OH referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR professional handling ER caseloads
• Ability to conduct HR investigations and manage disciplinaries/grievances
• Flexible at level; 3-month interim with potential extension or perm

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of a varied ER caseload
• Managing short and long-term sickness absence
• Supporting with fact-finding and HR investigations
• Disciplinaries, grievances, performance and capability matters
• Providing practical HR advice and guidance to managers
• Liaising with external lawyers and following through on advice
• Managing HR case files and documentation
• Supporting Occupational Health referrals and processes
• Pulling together HR data and information
• Supporting with relevant risk assessments
• Picking up wider generalist HR activity where needed
